Background Information
In the days that followed the release of Songs of Surrender U2 released “Invisible” to promote the collection at radio. This was a digital release, sent direct to radio stations. Various versions of the digital promo were sent out between March 21, 2023 and March 24, 2023. Some included just the album version of the song, while others included a radio mix of the song, and sometimes an edited version of the song.
Additionally on March 24, 2023, the version of “Invisible” shown in Bono & The Edge: A Sort of Homecoming with Dave Letterman was made available via U2’s YouTube account to further promote the release.
