Admission for the concert was 50p. Little information is known about this show, or what might have been performed.

This show was organized to help fund the costs of travel and accommodation by the Suttonians Rugby Football Club. They were traveling to Cork to play a match against Highfield RFC. One of the players by the name of Ray Daly had asked his friend Art O’Laoghaire, a student at Mount Temple, to get a band that had opened at St. Fintan’s earlier in the year to play at the concert. It does appear that U2 did headline this show as a favour to the Club.
