This show at the Project Arts Centre starts just after midnight in the early hours on March 17. (The above ad ran in newspapers on March 17, so it was definitely that evening). U2 provides support for Revolver and the Sordid Details at this concert, and are still known as the Hype at this stage of their career. The Project Arts Centre was founded in 1967 and moved to East Essex Street in 1975, in the area known as Temple Bar.

After their performance, it is an early night for U2 as later the same day they travel to Limerick for a talent contest which they would win, helping to launch their career.

Sordid Details is a band which Regine Moylett would eventually join. Regine would later become U2’s publicist.
