Show Details:

U2’s first ever show in Germany is held at Onkel Pös Carnegie Hall in Hamburg, Germany. Instead of the usual background featuring Peter Rowen, the band perform in front of one that reads “Onkel Pös Carnegie Hall” multiple times. It is the only time that U2 play this venue.

Only about 120 people attended the show, and admission was 8 Deutsche Mark for the show. There are known recordings of the show.
